		<description>I presume this must be an American website. The race is on between Europe and the U.S. regards no. 10. If the race is won by U.S. scientists then it will be subject to intellectual rights, but if its won by the E.U. scientists (and lets hope it is) the breakthrough will be &#039;owned&#039; by everyone.</description>
