I think the Explosion Containment Net is actually an excerpt from “How to Catch a Hippie” by Arnold C. Schrewett. The dead give-aways are the classic hippie mustache and headband combo, accompanied by his groovy bead poncho-vest. The tanks on the back are actually filled with an air neutralizer to protect the wearer from the intense stench of patchouli and “free love.”
